The guar plant is identified as the ideal source for natural polymers. Guar, originating from the words “Gau Ahar”, meaning food for the cows. It was fed to cattle as it was composed of 68% protein. 28% of the pods were the endosperm, which provided no nutritional value to cattle, but was ideal for the manufacture of Guar Gum, a Natural Polymer. |
